La nostra Società opera in qualità di concessionaria pubblicitaria digitale, connettendo inserzionisti ed agenzie media con gli editori (che formano parte del network degli editori di WebAds; di seguito, “Editori”) e svolge attività di gestione e valorizzazione efficiente degli spazi di cui l’Editore dispone nei propri siti e/o app mobile (di seguito, “Servizio”).
Pertanto, abbiamo un ruolo di intermediario tra la properties dell’Editore da cui provieni attualmente (di seguito il “Properties”) e le terze parti come meglio definite di seguito.
Poiché attraverso i nostri Servizi vengono inviati dei c.d. cookie cd. di terza parte attraverso le Properties, all’interno di questa pagina informativa vogliamo spiegarti cosa sono i cookie e come vengono veicolati e controllati da soggetti terzi per il tramite delle Properties. - Cosa sono i cookie ed a cosa servono
I cookie sono piccoli file di testo che i siti visitati dall’utente inviano direttamente al suo terminale (solitamente al browser), dove vengono memorizzati per essere poi ritrasmessi agli stessi siti alla successiva visita del medesimo utente (c.d. cookie propri di prima parte). Nel corso della navigazione su un sito, l’utente può ricevere sul suo terminale anche cookie di siti o di web server diversi (c.d. cookie di terze parti); ciò accade perché sul sito web visitato possono essere presenti elementi come, ad esempio, immagini, mappe, suoni, specifici link a pagine web di altri domini che risiedono su server diversi da quello sul quale si trova la pagina richiesta. In altre parole, sono quei cookie che vengono impostati da un sito web diverso da quello che si sta attualmente visitando.

- I cookie di profilazione

Our Company is an advertising digital agency that connects advertisers and media agencies with publishers (who constitute the WebAds’s publisher network; hereinafter, “Publishers”) and it performs efficient management and monetization of the spaces available into the Publisher’s websites and/or mobile apps (hereinafter, “Services”).
Considered the above, We operate as an intermediary between the properties of the Publisher, from which You are coming from (hereinafter, the “Properties”) and the third parties as described below.

- What cookies are and what they are for
